Officially, I beat my last half marathon time by only a few seconds. However, technically, I ran it a couple minutes faster because I ran wide on the course in order to be safe and relax. My distance was over 13.32 miles.
I wasn’t anywhere near my goal time of 1:52, nor did I break 2 hours (which I’d done easily during training before I hurt myself 2.5 weeks ago). I enjoyed my run, even if my legs got tired the second half. My injured foot strangely held up.
But I made it. 🙂
